Return Policy:
Since everything is made to order, no returns are allowed (unless it is a manufacturer defect). However, the customer has 1 week from placing the order to make any modifications or cancellations. Please contact sales@shopnovelhome.com in the event you change your mind about your order. If the order is canceled after 1 week, there is a 25% re-stocking fee.
Freight & Shipping:
We offer FREE curbside delivery. Please make arrangements for when your delivery arrives. Since these products are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
