Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if:

• The item arrived damaged (with photographic proof),
• You received the wrong product (wrong design/size).

• Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Once approved and the item is received back, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, minus shipping fees.
