- Due to the handcrafted nature of these rugs, all sales are considered final, except in cases of damage during transit or incorrect item shipment.
- Minor variations in color, pattern, size, and finish, as well as slight imperfections or retouching (especially in rugs), are normal and expected. These are not considered flaws but marks of authenticity.
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if:
- The item arrived damaged (with photographic proof),
- You received the wrong product (wrong design/size).
- Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Once approved and the item is received back, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, minus shipping fees.
